I first met Zak through an unfortunate circumstance. My house was destroyed by fire. Zak saw the news story on T.V. and immediately tracked me down. It turns out this was also his house as a young boy! He recognized the house and wanted to help me out. This generous man wanted to donate to me a new house design!
Zak was very easy to talk to, and understood my ideas of what I was doing for renovations on the house before it burned down. He sat down with me, and we had a brief discussion on my new design ideas, and how I would be able to illustrate them to him.
Within just a few days after getting all the information from me, he had come up with a perfect model of what I had in my mind. Everything I asked for in that house he was able to scale onto draught. It was a perfect ‘knock it out of the park’ on the very first design!
Zak has also stayed in contact with me and has given me sound advise throughout the constant roller coaster of surprise issues that occur during the process of building a house. He has the experience to give you quick ideas or remedies to help you with these problems. And being a successful designer, he also has a network of professionals at his fingertips to help you build.
I would highly recommend Livara Design to anyone wanting a custom home like mine. Zak made it a painless experience with ease. My custom house is beautiful complete with zero issues in the design!
And the best part, I've made a good friend as a bonus. Very happy about that.
